Logo and Branding Notice
The inclusion of a customer, supplier, or third-party company logo within this workbook is for identification, branding, and internal operational purposes only. All trademarks, logos, trade names, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of such branding does not transfer any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the logo or associated branding materials.
The software, workbook structure, calculations, VBA code, reports, automation, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of MJD Software unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Use of this workbook is subject to the applicable licence terms and is restricted to authorised internal business use only.

This Software Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mathew Dutton trading as MJD Software (“Licensor”) and the purchasing organisation (“Licensee”).
1. Grant of Licence
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Quick 2 Schedule Manufacturing Suite solely for the Licensee’s internal business operations.
2. Ownership
Quick 2 Schedule Manufacturing Suite, including all VBA code, formulas, designs, documentation, reports, schedules, updates and related intellectual property, remains the sole property of the Licensor. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.
3. Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
- a) Copy, distribute or share the software with any third party.
- b) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise provide access to the software to any third party.
- c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or attempt to extract source code from the software.
- d) Remove, alter or conceal copyright notices, licence information, watermarks or security features.
- e) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent licence controls, activation systems or security mechanisms.
4. Authorised Use
The software may only be used by employees or authorised contractors of the Licensee. Use by any third party requires prior written consent from the Licensor.
5. Support and Updates
Support and updates are provided only to active licence holders and at the discretion of the Licensor. The Licensor may discontinue support for older versions.
6. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is”. The Licensee remains solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, calculations, schedules, manufacturing outputs, compliance requirements and production information generated by the software prior to use. The software does not replace professional judgement, quality control procedures or statutory compliance obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic losses including loss of profits, loss of contracts, manufacturing errors, business interruption or reputational damage. The Licensor’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the software licence during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
This licence shall terminate immediately if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in its possession.
9. Audit Rights
The Licensor reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of licence compliance.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations and understandings relating to the software.
